Fall has arrived. With it came wet, cold weather...and a little boredom.
We're trying to keep everyone entertained here (without countless hours in front of the tv, video games, etc. Dang it. I hate it when I have a conscious.)
Meet train track guy.
He has a cousin...block guy (that managed to escape a pic)
He did this all on his own.
We glue it to paper, string it, and of course...eat it.
Skeleton guy craft.
We do this one every year. It's a hit. Just call me Martha.
And if your skeletons end up looking like this...
...even better!!
(and when your 5 year old blames YOU that there was no room left for a seleton head after HE put all of the stickers on, make sure you document it so as to torture him years down the road...along with all of the friday fashion fotos!!)

I'll have to steal that skeleton craft - I think I could handle it!
I am stealing it too!!
What a great idea.
I am just hoping the skeletons stay glued on the PAPER and not on the TABLE. :)
You are a good, good mom.
Please stop so the rest of us don't look so bad.
Girl - I can see it now! You...on the Martha show...durng craft time! Featuring qtip skeletons!
Soo cute!
I like train track guy. Sam is so creative!
It must be your fault. You obviously didn't get paper that is large enough...hee hee
You go Martha!
you are so cute! all we did was went to the gym and dropped our kids off at the kids club to give me a break. I LOVE the arts and crafts and all sorts of activities happening around your house. Once again, I need to be more like my Annemarie friend. You rock.
I hope Maggie gets one of those skeleton's since Lizzie did that during her birthday party! Maggie cried because Lizzie wasn't there. Okay, just kidding but Sam would have had a blast!
I heard it snowed in SLC today!! Yikes!
The q-tip skeleton is such a cute idea! I will have to do that with Maddie! She will love it!
the skeleton craft is so cute! definitely going to be our sunday afternoon craft tomorrow.
you made me miss train track days! we used to have them running all through the house.
You are such a fun mom! You can thank me for all that great babysitting training!
The skeleton craft is FANTASTIC!!! I am so stealing it...just like the other brilliant ladies here.
Your kids are so, so, so cute!
I love the idea you had of edible art, too. Popcorn is a great medium...delicious and glues well. You are brilliant!
What a cute craft! I've been looking for something my grandkids can do and this is perfect! Thanks for sharing your creativity!

Your snow storm above looks miserable too. NASTY. I went to the park today and enjoyed my 80 degree weather. If you want to come out for a visit you're welcome!!!!!!!!!
