We had to say "See ya" to Jordy tonight...*sniff*, *sniff*...(& I'm not kidding about the tears) Jordan reports to the MTC on Wednesday for his mission.
We've been lucky to have him stay with us for the past couple of days. He's put up with a lot...and does it all with a smile!! He is going to be such a great missionary. I am so lucky that my kids have such terrific examples in their cousins. My kids couldn't love them more! Sam gave a talk in Primary on Sunday about missionary work and instead of a picture...he brought a live visual aid...Jordan! Jordy even sat on the stand with Sam. I've never wanted a video camera more. Sista's... Sam with his most favorite person EVER...Brynn! Me with one of my most favorite people...Brynn!!!
Jordan is such a sweet heart he played with carson at the wedding the whole time and carson thought it was so cool ad older kid would want to hang out with him. Jordans also so fun to be around. He will be missed but will be a great missionary. It looks like you guys had a good visit with him and the est of the fam....
I am a little slow on the uptake...I didn't realize you and Diane are sisters! I think she is so witty and have loved her comments on other blogs. (I now realize that Jordy is the son she has been talking about going on a mission in comments elsewhere...like I said, I'm slow)
You look great in the pics! I love your blouse.
That is fantastic that Sam took Jordy for a visual aid...so awesome!
It looks like Sam's shiner has gone away...sorry, to notice things like head wounds...I have 3 sons...it's kind of a theme around here.
What a cute kid...and it's always good to see these guys get out on their missions!! You're going to blink and be sending your twins!! ARG! Thanks for the shoe link...I can't wait to get some for Mackenzie

Okay, is it sad that everytime I see a missionary I get all tender thinking of my Jaxon (who is 5) leaving me???
I don't even know how I am going to handle that!
What a good boy- yay for missionaries!!
You though, my dear, have lost weight. You look awesome!

I am sure he will make a great missonary! You can't help be get emotional about them leaving on their big journey!
That is so crazy that that is Jordan - do you remember babysitting them? He will be a great missionary - what a cute kid!
Looks like you guys had a great weekend! I wonder if you'll be taking any trips to Idaho to pick up some potatoes!
