I'm having "bloggers block" and couldn't think of anything fabulous to post. Especially since every day for the past week has been like the movie "Groundhog Day"...we wake up & do the same thing (pretty much nothing) day after day. My kids seem to be enjoying it. They are having fun hanging out with friends & laying low. Me, on the other hand...I am going a little crazy. Anyways, in an attempt to provide a post here, I just pulled the pics off the camera & there is a pretty random assortment. Maybe I can even make something out of them...here goes...
"Family Home Evening isn't fun anymore!!!!!"
That is what Sam said Monday night when I informed the people of the house that they would ALL be getting haircuts for FHE. Exciting, I know. You know the saying about the cobbler's kids not having shoes?? Well here we had the hairdressers kids (and husband) in DESPERATE need of haircuts.
Sam wasn't happy.

In my defense, I had just figured out how to use the "super-macro" feature of the camera and was trying it out. If you look close enough at the pictures of my fingernail and keyboard you can see the dust that is on the lens filter. That's how close the super-macro will focus.
Sweet! Teach me!!!
I have bloggers block too. Maybe there's something in the water.
I have major blocker's block to. I am hoping when my kids go back to school I"ll have some major inspiration.
Fun post! I'm always looking for something. Random sounds pretty good to me :)
Random - Love it!
Sam is so funny and I can't believe the pain he is acting like he having to endure with the haircut!
Nope, nothing exciting here! I did enjoy your pictures!
Great! My husband's a teacher. Does this mean my kids will hate school?
My son always cries during haircuts, too...I guess the sound of the clippers is kind of daunting...I have never had clippers that close to my ears so, I guess I don't know what he is going through. I love it when my boys are freshly shorn, though.
I love the pictures. Especially the one with all of the kids on bikes. You can just imagine what they are all talking about.
Can you come to our house for FHE????
I was thinking about this post today. It seems like summer is Groundhog day, but now that school's back, it's a different kind of same old/same old with a little more stress thrown in. I'm almost missing summer.
Love those macro shots. You have a gift.
