freeze time...

Yea, still here. Just busy.

I have been thinking a lot lately about the little people in my life. You know, the ones who are keeping life extremely busy these days...if I could just freeze them at the ages they are right now, I would be ok with that.

Matt & Zach turn 12 in a few weeks. What??? NO! I would like to keep them right where they are, please.

Sam is getting bigger and taller every day. I don't want him to lose his little boy face and baby teeth.
.
And the baby...well, she's not much of one any more. Bummer. She is growing up, too.

This is all happening waaaay too fast for my liking.

On another note...I have so much catching up to do on this blog I don't even know where to begin. This is exactly why I gave up scrapbooking years ago. ugh.

Still. You are not allowed to quit. NO QUITTING. We'll wait. As long as it takes.

I know what you mean though about freezing the kids' ages. They are in such sweet spots. I love it. I want mine to be this age forever.

I'm with Christie, NO QUITTING! We would miss you too much!

I change my mind daily on freezing time or not. I am sad that my kids are growing up too fast but then there are times where I'm ready to be past the hard stages that take up so much of my time. It is a love/hate thing ;-)

I hear ya sista. It's too late for me. I miss your kids.

Now I have the song Freeze Frame stuck in my head.

I will blog again - I will blog again - keep saying that over and over until it sticks!

I have had the exact same emotions non-stop this year about my kids and the whole aging process - I keep telling them that it's way too overrated!

Oh, my gosh...your last line had me totally nodding my head in agreement. I have been saying that a lot lately...saying how I am afraid that my blogging is going the way of my scrapbooking. I got so behing on my scrapbooking and so overwhelmed that I just gave up.

I understand why you want to freeze time. I feel the same way. Holy Moly...you are going to have 2 Deacons, soon!!!! They will look so handsome, and so grown up passing the Sacrament.

Well, you know where you can get your baby fix anytime. Little Will is just waiting for you to kiss on him.

No quitting allowed!!! How would I see my kids? Just keep on plugging. We all understand if you get busy----just don't quit.
I love you all so much and I have missed you too.

Welcome back! You have definitely been missed. With the craziness of this time of year, your blog is how I keep updated with what's going on....I guess we'll have to do more bathroom stops by your house when we go for walks! :)
