Lizzie got to go on a date with dad today. It was really just a trip to Target...but it was just the two of them and we made a big deal out of it. She even got to ride in dad's car, which (to her) is a huge deal!
She had her cell phone & a toy in her purse...

Awww, is right. How sweet is that! I am in love with Lizzie. If I don't have a girl soon, don't be surprised that random packages show up filled with ridiculously girly things in her size!

I love that a ride in Dad's car is such a big deal. Sometimes the kids will randomly ask to ride in dad's car cause it's cool. Not really when the driver's side door doesn't even open! well, too bad that car is no longer.

If your Lizzie is as much of a "daddy's girl" as my Halle, I can only imagine what a special trip that must have been for her. Halle loves even going to meetings with daddy. I love that she took her purse with her, too cute!

Annemarie . . . i have a confession to make. I have been secretly reading your blog for about a month. i found it off of Stacy's too! It makes me laugh every time! Your kids are darling and SO big!
