Our Stake theme for the year has been Health & Wellness. Yesterday was the 5K run/walk (guess what we did??) The WALK was from the Stake Center to the Temple and back.

Sam decided he was DONE with us slow pokes & decided to run the rest of the way. And he really did!
We finished!(Can anyone recommend a good wrinkle cream?? gheesh.)
This really was a lot of fun. We did a good job of bringing up the rear (what with all of the stopping to look at bugs & sunflowers, get a drink, take off jackets, put jackets back on..."hold your own jacket.", etc) The real challenge was getting our family there at the crack of dawn with somewhat of a smile on all of our faces, and virtually no complaining. In that respect, we won!!

How cool is that and especially cause you guys did it all as a family. Way to go and wrinkle cream my butt I have more wrinkles than you do for sure you look great as always...

I hear you on the wrinkle cream. I hate it that I have wrinkles all around my eyes and huge zits all over my chin and nose. There oughta be a law....

We loved seeing your family along the route... I told President Beck the stake should do this 2X a year....it was such a blast.

You guys are way too cute and it was so much fun seeing you out there. I had a hard time dragging myself, my husband and 1 child out the door...I don't know how you do it! You continue to amaze me! :)
