*four costumes
*three Halloween parties plus a preschool program & parade
*two dozen cookies, one dozen donuts, a bag of candy and a gallon of apple cider
*30 haunted house cut outs (my hand is still sore)
*one "festive" $5 t-shirt from Target for myself (that counts as a costume...right?)
*a massive sugar headache that I'm trying to counteract with Diet Coke
...and it's not even Halloween yet.

Sounds about right!! The t-shirt totally qualifies in my book. Some years there just isn't time to put together a costume for myself. And the shirt is cute!
that's a "scary" reality!
I think a Tshirt way more than qualifies - you've got me beat!
I have a headache just reading about it. But of course now I want some cookies and candy...with a Dr Pepper chaser.
I know...what kills me is that the candy bars are in the stores ALL YEAR LONG. Why must I feel compelled to eat my weight in them at Halloween?
Diet coke helps though, I swear.
Hello!! I didn't see "Made 88 mint chocolate squares" on your list. Please add it...and then go grab another Diet Coke.
that is what halloween is ALL about!! I love every single minute of it!!! Can't wait to see you guys tomorrow!
I love you! I am living the same type of reality! When I told Parker we were going trick-or-treating this Saturday he actually said that he didn't want to because he had already gone trunk or treating the week before. Who says that?
I hear you sistah!! I'm all candied out...maybe that will make for a sugar free Halloween!! Yeah right!
eagerly awaiting my invitation.
i wish.
Those haunted house cut-outs are totally impressive! They may cause carpal tunnel but they are awesome.
Love the T-shirt. I haven't even bought a cute T-shirt, yet. I am telling everyone I am a super model again this year if they ask me where my costume is. It's all in the look I give them like, "Duh, can't you tell by looking at me that I'm a super model?" Actually...I think I'll just say I'm a soccer mom...a super model is way too much of a stretch.
Those haunted houses are super cute/cool/spooky/darling. What did you make those all for?
You should be proud of yourself that you even have a t-shirt. I love Halloween, but somehow always manage to NOT have a costume for me. Boo.
Im SOOOO with you!!! Im over it, saw Christmas decorations at Target yesterday-bring it on!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT ALL Miss Creative!
yeah. I thought of you right when I wrote the t-shirt comment! Love it. At least it's better than the mom who showed up in her sexiest boots, short red skirt, and friggin devil ears. Are you kidding me??? You are a 39 year old mother!
Did you survive?
I remember!!!
