Lizzie's favorite thing to say these days is "Go away, Matt!!"
She's mean.
(Not really, she's very sweet usually, but she's mean about this.)
Matt is soooo sweet to her & loves her so much. He trys to play with her, read to her, sit by her...and what does she say? "Go away, Matt!"
Well...Matt got lucky the other day and was actually allowed to sit by her.
I LOVE the look on his face. It's the look that says "Don't move, don't talk, just sit quietly and take what you can get."
Sam has had a reoccurring scrape on the end of his big toe. The foot that does all of the work when scooter riding. The other day it flared up for the third time and at that very moment my hands were full & I asked him if he could get the band aid & take care of it.Well, he took care of it.
NOTHING takes care of a small scrape like a GIANT band aid! I thought it was pretty funny!

Isn't that Kelly Miner's store? It's so cute! Have you seen her blog and how stinkin' cute her girls are? Even Kelly still looks the same as the good ol' days!
Matt is so cute! Lizzy is lucky to have him - and Sam was for sure born to Rock Bailey's world someday!
Maybe Sam thought the extra band-aid padding would give him the traction he needs when on the scooter! It will certainly protect it from further injury.
maybe if his mother would buy him shoes that fit then his toes wouldn't be hanging over the edge of his shoes and he wouldn't have to doctor up his own wounds. Poor sad, neglected little sam.
I love the go away matt hopefully it doesnt hurt his feelings to much. It reminds me of carson yesterday in fashion place mall when I told him to come here he looked at me and said " your ruining my life" Oh my goodness, I think he learned that on hannah montana he usually gets those sayings from there nice ha. I am sure some parents were like what! Oh and I am sure that bandaide will do the job for sure...
Lizzie's face says "I can't believe I am letting you sit next to me." and " Move and die!"
Poor Matt! Usually it's the other way around, the big brother telling the little sister to "Go Away". He's so sweet.
I love how Matt is so devoted to Lizzie. I agree, the look on his face is great.
Sam is such a great listener. I mean, he did, indeed, take care of it ;)
That is a serious bandaid! My kids would have bandaid envy if they saw that.
Thanks for sharing about the contest. Pioneer Day looks like it was so fun. I kinda forgot all about it until our Hometeachers came and mentioned it. I'll use the wedding as my excuse!
