I LOVE old movies, and thankfully my husband finds them semi entertaining, too! We have a great movie rental place in our hood that has an excellent selection of old movies so we've been taking advantage of it. Sometimes we grab a Hitchcock classic, a good ol' Cary Grant or (my favorite) a Doris Day movie. It's kind of a nice change from the new releases...which quite frankly haven't been appealing to me at all lately.

Oooh, I dig Doris Day. She has fabulous fashions!!
James Garner was hot in his day. So were a lot of the oldies. Like Paul Newman. All I can say is wow. Have you Seen Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid? Paul Newman and Robert Redford both have it going on. But it's kind of a western, so if you're not into those then, well, I still think you should watch it. I still need to borrow Holiday Inn from you.
hey what happened to friday fashion foto? I love looking at those? Maybe you could do a saturday one this week? oh wait, but you are cleaning the church....aren't you?....
I love Doris Day! She does has fabulous fashions!
I never watch oldies. I think I saw White Christmas over the holidays. I'll have to use this as an insentive to watch them. I bet they are great at 3 am!
I never know what movies are good. Maybe an oldie would be a good choice next time.
Oooooooh loved "Pillow Talk". I am an oldies freak. I was the only kid in gradeschool with a tiny picture of Jack Lemmon in my tote tray *snicker*. Steve McQueen makes me melt! Rent "The Thomas Crown Affair" fantastic!!
