my life...

So, I've noticed that many bloggers like to share what it is they are currently enriching their minds with (reading)...so, I thought I would do the same. Now, while I would LOVE to tell you all that I am currently completely engrossed in Shakespeare, Thoreau, or better yet...

NOPE! The Cub Scout Handbook is what I have had my nose in...jealous?

And, even more than the educational reading...I wish I could say that this lovely Vera Wang (or something of the like) is what I get to "don" on a somewhat regular basis...I'd take once a year, twice a year, etc...

Oh no...THIS is the cutting edge piece of fashion I get to sport once a month. Again, jealous?

I just keep telling myself that the day will come. One of these days. In the meantime, I will hike up my "mom" jeans, wipe the snot , peanut butter and crackers from the front of my chic scout shirt and go forth and... ???

oh man you crack me up. you do NOT wear mom jeans, so don't even start. But yeah, the scout shirt, not a sexy look.

You are one hot Mom in your scout shirt! You can get a Vera Wang t-shirt at Kohl's. Maybe you could wear that under your groovy shirt.

I am so doing that...maybe I'll even get a sequined tank top to wear under it. You know, to dress it up for the Blue & Gold Banquet!

The scout shirt is such a great look. Everyone should have the opportunity to wear it, and if you have boys you better buck up cuz you will. Did you know they also come in yellow? Im sad to say that my yellow shirt is retired in the back of my closet for now. Youi forgot to mention how affordable they are. There are way cuter things to spend $35 on than a scout shirt. Oh well!!

That's what I was going to say, your best $30 investment ever! I dare you to wear your scout shirt when you don't have scouts. Like to the store and school. That will make a great day!

You dare me, huh? Look out...I'll wear it to the hospital when you have your babies.

If you do you could be eligible for the Silver Beaver...the highest scouting award!

hehehehe! I am sure we can find a pair of our "uniform" capri pants to go along with your shirt!

annemarie - Hey there! I love your blog - it is so nice to keep up with each other by looking at blogs and seeing what we are doing! I had a Pee in the pants (remember those?) moment when I saw the video of your little guy saying Fart in every other sentence! Loved it!

Sis, your blog is always so entertaining. You are very creative and write it very well.

Can't wait to hear stories of your boys playing baseball this season. Should be some classics there.
