Christmas...

I could go for one (or two) of these right about now.
...stinkin' resolutions.

Christmas Eve day
One of my most favorite pictures of all time.
The anticipation was almost more than he could handle.

He came!!

The stockings were hung ...and filled!
(and yes, we're promoting rivalry in our home.)

Matt is taking after John with an early love for photography. Hopefully my camera will be off limits now.

The happiest (skater) boy!

The funnest age at Christmas!
Everything was his most favorite thing EVER!
She was totally into it and keeps telling me that it's almost time for Santa to come again.
...don't think so.
I guess I better get busy.

Why does it always come and go soooo fast???

This is probably a dumb question, but are those cookies or breadsticks? Either way, I want some. :)

Can I come over when you cook the duck? Never had it, and I know I will never cook it so I will just sample yours. Deal?

Oh I can't wait to see what Julia recipes you post about!!

Katie has asked me every night since Christmas if Santa is coming again in the morning. :)

At least the princess has a birthday around the corner.

I love how Sam is entranced with Christmas magic.

I can't wait to see some of Matt's photos.

Your skater boy is cool.

Bon appetit! Say it in your Julia voice.

Those two hats are hilarious. And I would beg to differ on best age: 4 is the best age. Seth was SO into everything this year (which made his barfing so tragic).

Seriously, can you give me that recipe for those cookies. I made this year and they were just so-so.

I agree...it really does come and go so quickly.

Those cookies look fantastic!

I love that picture of Sam...and I had a fun time with Brian this year, too. He was so excited it made me giddy with him.

Those rivalry caps are the greatest thing EVER! I am dying with laughter.

Love the Y and U caps. Perfect for twins seeking their own identity. Better rival schools than rival siblings...

One of these days I'm going to invite myself over to your house and you're going to make me some sort of amazing lunch. I'm sure you won't mind me coming unannounced and dropping by. HA HA!! Christmas really does come and go SOOOO fast. Don't you think that's why January is so dang depressing?
